About Kara Maria

Kara Maria Ananda is a holistic wellness teacher, mentor, writer, and founder of Wellness Blessing.

She has over 25 years of professional experience in the healing arts specializing in women’s health, birth, bodywork, and education.

Kara has advanced training as a massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, birth and postpartum doula, and women’s health educator. She’s a long-time student of herbalism, traditional foods, natural healing, midwifery, and entrepreneurship.

She teaches online courses in health, birth, and business for wellness advocates.
