Healthy Banana Split with Greek Yogurt: Easy Snack, Breakfast or Dessert Recipe
Banana splits are a classic summertime treat.
These healthy banana splits with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, maple syrup, and topped with granola are a perfect healthy summer snack, breakfast, or dessert!
Greek yogurt is fantastic in this dish because it’s a thicker consistency than regular yogurt, so you can actually scoop it up with an ice cream scoop into three perfect balls to top your bananas.
They definitely have that WOW factor in appearance, plus they taste amazing, and will leave you feel energized.
I made these for my kids as a healthy snack and they went bananas for them!
This is a super versatile dish that can be dressed up with the toppings of your choice, such as coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or just plain fruit and yogurt (as my three-year-old prefers).
